Marriage Records Colorado State Archives holds some, but not all, old marriage certificates for the State of Colorado. As a rule of thumb, if you got married after 1960, State Archives most likely does not have your marriage certificate. You should start your search in the Clerk & Recorder's office for the county in which you got married.
